How do I get an entry form?
If you child participated last year, entry forms are being mailed to you.
Otherwise, District 81 Schools will also have forms in each classroom. Forms are also available at: Sports Authority (formerly Garts Sports, at the Valley Mall, and Newport Highway Mall, and both YMCA's, SportTown at Main and Stevens, and the Runners Soul, next to the Olive Garden
When do the different age groups' races start?
8:30a - Middle School Championship
9:00a - Special Needs Run
9:15a - 12 year olds
9:30a - 11 year olds
9:45a - 10 year olds
10:00a - 9 year olds
10:15a - 8 year olds
10:30a - 7 year olds
10:45a - 6 year olds
11:00a - 5 year olds
Are you a part of the Bloomsday Association's run?
No, we are a separate, non-profit organization.
Can I put more than one entry form per envelope?
Yes.
Do I have to write a separate check for each child?
No.
Can my son/daughter run in a different age group?
Yes, as long as they are registered in that group, and have that age group Run Number.
Do you have to finish to get a tee shirt?
Yes.
Can I run with my child?
No.
Will there be food at the stadium?
Yes.
If we entered Bloomsday are we entered in this run too?
No.
If my child participated in the school practice program are they automatically registered?
No.
Can I sign up a friend's child?
Yes.
What are the ages of the children participating?
5 & 6 year olds -- 1/2 mile
7 & 8 year olds -- 1 mile
9 - 12 year olds -- 2 miles
How do I get to Joe Albi Stadium?
From 1-90 take the Maple St. exit, proceed north to Northwest Blvd., proceed west on Northwest Blvd. to Assembly where you take a left, continue 1 block to stadium parking lot area.
